By accessing the lackybd website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature or service offered through the lackybd platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement takes effect from the moment of your first interaction with the platform — including browsing public pages — and continues for the duration of your account's existence and thereafter where provisions by their nature survive termination.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and lackybd with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the lackybd platform immediately and must not attempt to register an account or access any restricted area of the site.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all registered players regardless of their location within Bangladesh, including players accessing the platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of lackybd is lawful in their jurisdiction.

lackybd operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market. All formal communications, account notifications, and support interactions will be conducted in English. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have a sufficient understanding of English to comprehend the rights, obligations, and restrictions set out herein, or that you have sought independent translation assistance where required.

lackybd is an adult entertainment platform. Access to and use of the lackybd platform is strictly limited to natural persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lackybd enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of lackybd or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors where such employment or affiliation creates a conflict of interest in relation to fair play.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested exclusion from gambling services through lackybd or any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

lackybd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including during the registration process, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such checks and to provide accurate, current, and complete documentation upon request. Failure to comply within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension pending the outcome of the review.

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services available on lackybd, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on lackybd. The operation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or through shared devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reversal of any winnings attributed to the duplicate accounts.

lackybd recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This additional security layer significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in the account security settings following login. lackybd accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security on their own devices.

lackybd may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any registration application without providing a reason. This includes — but is not limited to — applications suspected of being made using false information, applications from individuals who have previously had accounts closed due to violation of these terms, or applications that are otherwise inconsistent with lackybd's internal compliance policies.

lackybd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of Bangladesh-native payment methods. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times may be updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. lackybd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is identified as having been made from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed and returned to the originating payment method. Any associated winnings generated from funds deposited from a third-party source may be voided pending investigation.

lackybd reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal in question will be placed in a pending state and you will be notified by email of any documentation required. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled, though the funds will remain in your lackybd account balance.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the payment method information page. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account and will be returned subject to the minimum transaction threshold of the relevant payment provider. Players are advised to check the current minimum amounts prior to initiating any transaction.

All funds held in your lackybd account balance are held separately and are not commingled with operational funds. lackybd maintains this segregation to protect player balances. In the event that a player's account is closed — whether voluntarily or due to a breach of these terms — any remaining balance that is legitimately owed to the player (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable time frame.

lackybd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's cultural calendar — including Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh events, BPL season promotions, and Independence Day and Victory Day specials. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by lackybd unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible registered players only. A player may claim a specific bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring or unlimited offer.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires total qualifying bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unused after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is published on the promotion terms page. In general, live table games and certain jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate.
• lackybd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, lackybd will communicate the cancellation promptly and, where applicable, credit equivalent compensation to affected accounts.

lackybd is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. Game outcomes on lackybd are governed solely by the mathematical parameters of the game as certified by the relevant game provider. lackybd does not modify, influence, or have the ability to influence the outcome of any RNG-based casino game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are sourced from the game provider's official certification documentation and reflect the long-term theoretical payout rate of the game — not the expected outcome of any individual session or bet.

The use of bots, automated betting scripts, screen-scraping tools, data-mining software, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform — whether for placing bets, exploiting bonuses, or any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lackybd platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate investigation and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, reversal of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence:

• Money Laundering: Using lackybd to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal or undisclosed sources. lackybd maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and is required to report suspicious financial activity where applicable.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including false documentation submitted in response to a verification request.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one lackybd player account for any purpose, including circumventing a suspension, claiming duplicate bonuses, or bypassing account limits.
• Collusion: Cooperating with one or more other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live blackjack, or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your payment provider in respect of a deposit made to lackybd while simultaneously retaining the benefit of bets placed with those funds. Any account that initiates a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Automated Software: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any other automated tool to place bets, interact with live games, exploit bonus structures, or perform any other platform activity that a human player would perform manually.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors in odds, or any other technical vulnerability in the lackybd platform or any game hosted on it. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Unlawful Activity: Using the lackybd platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable laws or regulations, including facilitating gambling by persons under the age of 18.

lackybd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where lackybd has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information;
• The player's account is being used in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling activity;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require such action;
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming dashboard or via support.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, lackybd will notify the account holder by email within a reasonable time and will conduct its review promptly. During the suspension period, the account holder will be unable to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Funds held in the account at the time of suspension will be preserved pending the outcome of the review unless the investigation reveals conduct that warrants forfeiture.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lackybd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, game providers, payment processors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the lackybd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses from casino games, sports betting markets, and promotional wagering;
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, connectivity failures, or platform maintenance that affect your ability to place, modify, or settle a bet;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking partners;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security or device security;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on game statistics, odds displays, or any other information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a data feed or technical error.

lackybd's total cumulative liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall, in no circumstances, exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

lackybd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Reasons for changes may include — but are not limited to — updates to payment processing procedures, changes in the game library or provider relationships, adjustments to responsible gaming policies, compliance with new regulatory guidance, or corrections of typographical or factual errors in prior versions of these terms.

When material changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, lackybd will notify registered players via the email address on their account and will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Where a proposed change is materially adverse to players' interests, lackybd will endeavour to provide a minimum of 14 days' notice before the change takes effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or security reasons.

If you do not agree to any change made to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the lackybd platform and may request voluntary account closure by contacting support@lackybd. lackybd will process your account closure and return any eligible balance to your verified payment method in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4 of these Terms & Conditions.
